Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 updated with the amendments made, most recently, by Legislative Decree no. 19 of 2 March 2024, (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”), we inform you of the following.
The data transmitted will be stored and processed with the guarantees of security and confidentiality provided for by the GDPR and the Privacy Code and will be used for the execution of the agreed services and for the informative communications sent in the “Request information” area of ​​the website www.ctps.biz, as well as for legal obligations.

Data generated by access to the Site
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Nature of the provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the provision of data:
• with respect to the purposes referred to in letters a) and b) is optional but any refusal will make it impossible for CTPS S.r.l. to proceed with the formulation of the estimate, the fulfillment of the assignment of the agreed services and tax obligations.
• With respect to the purposes referred to in letters c), d) and e), it is also optional and their use is conditional on the release of an explicit consent. Any refusal will make it impossible for CTPS S.r.l. to send newsletters or invitations to events and initiatives of CTPS S.r.l.

Data Controller, storage location
The data controller is CTPS S.r.l., with registered office in Corso Buenos Aires 56, 20124 Milan (MI), Italy and operational headquarters in Via Leonardo da Vinci 97, 20090 Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI), Italy.
The data is also stored at the operational headquarters.
All the material constituting this Site, electronic communications and navigation data are stored on the servers of CTPS S.r.l.
Scope of communication and dissemination
In addition to the Data Controller, categories of persons involved in the organization of the Site (administrative staff, company collaborators, any system administrators) who act on behalf or in the name of CTPS S.r.l., duly appointed as Data Processors and who will process the data in accordance with the purpose for which the data was originally collected, may have access to the data.
